This setup is perfectly engineered for two corporate colleagues sharing a room. However, for a husband and wife traveling to South America for an anniversary or a bucket-list vacation, sleeping in separate twin beds shatters the luxury resort illusion. If a planner books a premium package without specifically addressing the bed configuration, the couple will arrive after a 10-hour flight to an awkward and disappointing accommodation.
